Yes. Casa Verde Home Services carries general liability insurance, which covers your property while we're working in it. We're glad to send you a certificate of insurance before your first visit if you'd like to see it.

You don't. Plenty of clients leave us access and come back to a clean house. If you'd rather be there, that's perfectly fine too.

Yes — we come with everything: vacuums, microfiber cloths, mops and all our cleaning products. You don't need to buy or provide anything. If you'd rather we use a specific product of your own on a particular surface, just leave it out and tell us.

Yes, and it's work we take seriously — a turnover has to happen on a set day, so we keep room in the schedule for it. Tell us your check-out and check-in times and we'll build the visit around them. For regular home cleaning we usually book a few days ahead, so call us and we'll tell you the soonest we can come.

Not for home cleaning — you can pause, move or cancel any time, with no penalty. For commercial office cleaning we do use a simple written service agreement, which locks in your schedule, your scope and your rate. That's what most businesses prefer.

No problem — most of the homes we clean have them. Our products are biodegradable and safe around animals, and we're careful with doors and gates so nobody gets out. If your pet is nervous around strangers or needs to stay in a particular room, just tell us when you book and we'll work around it.

Yes. The work changes with the season rather than stopping: leaf cleanup, gutter clearing and brush removal carry most of the winter, along with tidying beds and edges so the yard is ready when things start growing again. Tell us what your property needs and we'll say what makes sense this time of year.
